What time should I get there?
We recommend that you arrive at 9am, training will commence at 9:30am.
What should I wear?
Many of the courses will include a practical exercise so we recommend that you wear casual, sensible shoes and clothes.
Will you provide refreshments?
For full day courses we will provide a buffet lunch, if you have any special dietary requirements you should contact us before the training day so that we can cater for these needs. On all course tea and coffee will be provided.
English isn’t my first language, will this be a problem?
Delegates will be required to complete a written assessment to receive their certificates. We recommend that delegates have a good understanding of spoken English to get the most from the experience and have at least basic written English skills to complete the assessment.
When will I receive my certificate?
Once the course has been completed we will have your certificate printed and posted to you within 2 weeks.
